The property was clean but the bathroom door didn't close properly as it was swollen. I managed to shut it but then couldn't open it again, thankfully my daughter pushed it from the outside to let me out! The pictures on the Expedia don't do justice to the place. Each room is a very lovely cabin in a very peaceful area. It's 5 minutes walk to the Birmingham Arena, so if you need a place to stay after a gig, that's definitely the best solution. Great room and wonderful garden. About a 30 minute walk from the airport and a 20 minute walk from the NEC. The only thing missing was an included breakfast. The WiFi is very slow - streamed did sometimes buffer and not really any restaurants or anything near by and it wasn’t possible to order in without an English mobile number, but the host was very helpful and friendly. This obviously is not the host’s fault, but a food option or a local number would be very helpful. But all in all a great stay and highly recommended.
