The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. Ground level makes it very convenient and it's very close to one of the pools. Great location on the island. And Eddie is fantastic - great host who provided tons of useful information including, helpfully, places to eat on arrival and on the way back to the airport. Would stay there again."

"This is a great place and a quiet location just steps to the beach. We let the property manager know there may be a slow water leak near the stove (water on floor a few times) and possible problem with the water affecting one of the kitchen cabinets. The beach was right out the door and the development was really nice. Great location!"

"PROS The location of this property is right on the beach with wonderful views. You are mere steps away! We loved that the unit had 2 Tommy Bahama chairs and an umbrella. The unit did have a newer air unit in the bedroom (not the one in the ad pictures under the window); however, we enjoyed opening the windows, patio door and slats on the front door to take advantage of the beautiful ocean breeze. There was also ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Loved the high table and 2 chairs on...

"Building was kind of broken. Elevator worked most but not all the time. Inside appliances were outdated and noisy. Best part was the pool and outside amenities including closeness to the beach. "
