We loved the location and we will definitely be back. The beach and surrounding areas are really nice. People are friendly. I recommend bringing your own ice and water, because they don't sell/provide any at the property, but other than that, it's amazing for a low key getaway. The studio was clean, and spacious enough for us two..very practical. Good kitchen and appliances. Great for early breakfast before hitting the beach/road. We had everything we needed and did some cooking in the mornings but also loved Costa Mia which was the restaurant right next door. The location was perfect for access to the beach. The only thing we had an issue with was running out of a few supplies like toilet paper and garbage bags. But easy to fix, just needed a little more stock at the beginning of our stay. They did bring us more as well. The communication was excellent! We were across from the beach and was even able to walk to a few trails. The only thing we would have liked is for the studio to have a coach and a table. Great little place right across the street from an amazing beach, less than a 2 minute walk. Calm, beautiful water and breathtaking snorkeling along the coral reef. Tiny inconveniences that did not affect our stay at all: Was a little confusing to get to and the shower was slow to drain but great communication with the owner. Tons of places to eat within wallking distance. 25 minute drive to the ferry or El Yunque. Will most definitely recommend and will stay here again. What could be improved upon is to update the bedroom by rearranging ,the 32” tv was to far away from the bed and was in front of a window that made watching and hearing it difficult. It is in need of new pillows , the old ones in the unit were very flat and lumpy .The comforter should also be replaced.The hot water in the shower was only warm at best.There were no dish towel or dish cloth in the kitchen which would have been nice to have had. Instead of having 2 plastic out door chairs in the living space a couple of indoor comfortable chairs would be nice, or a least one.Also a better write up of the property would be better so you know what to expect , by this I mean the property sits in a back lot and does not face the water with a house and restaurant in front. There is no outdoor seating ,no grill and the unit faces a parking lot with dumpsters from the restaurant and an older camp ground .But ,as was written, it is just across the street from the beach. This area is a camping area with many older campers along the beach . But all in all we totally enjoyed all of Puerto Rico .From all the beautiful beaches to the amazing rainforest to visiting wonderful old San Juan from the east end to the west end and everything in between.
