Thank you for your attention and understanding. Welcome to this charming flat, nestling in a quiet street, where you'll find a real haven of peace. This 37 m2 one-bedroom apartment offers a pleasant, functional living space. You'll find a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable queen-size bed for 2 extra people. A WiFi connection is also available to keep you connected. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge with freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed and a double wardrobe for conveniently storing your clothes and personal belongings. The bathroom has a bath, heated towel rail and WC. The real asset of this flat is its private outdoor terrace of 20 m2 with a dining table for 4 people. Services included for this stay include: \- Welcome products: On arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials). \- Bed linen and towels: Sheets are provided and beds are made for your arrival.
