Large holiday villa for 8 people with private swimming pool for a peaceful holiday, on the heights of Calpe (Costa Blanca).  
  
The Villa is located on the heights of Calpe, “Oltamar” for a quiet holiday but close enough to services. Supermarket 3.6 km, Calpe Center 4.2 km and sandy beach 4.4 km.  
  
Equipment: Hairdryer. Iron. Washing machine. Air conditioning: in the living room and in all bedrooms.  
  
Inside: Large living/dining room (with TV and access to the covered terrace and swimming pool). Independent and fully equipped kitchen (with gas hob, Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and an en-suite shower room). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and en-suite shower room). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and en-suite bathroom). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed - NB: this room has no windows). WC.  
  
Outside: Large unfenced plot with beautiful terraces. Covered barbecue. Private 9 x 4 m swimming pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower. Parking on the plot for 2 to 3 vehicles.  
  
Approximate distances: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Oltamar" due to the tranquility and proximity. The nearest beach is just 4.4 km away, the center of Calpe is 4.2 km away and the nearest supermarket is just 3.6 km from the house.  
  
Important / To be paid on site: Mandatory cleaning: €224 / stay. Pet: €40/stay.
