The dining table seats four and sits near windows that frame peaceful, tree-lined views. In the living room, sunlight spills through large windows, warming the cozy sofa and two inviting chairs. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a chair, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This home includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • There is a shared, communal laundry room located on the first floor of the building, down the hall. While the machines appear to be coin-operated, they are actually free to use (no coins are required). • Please note that these laundry machines are maintained by Seventh Mountain Resort, not Grand Welcome. Occasionally, the machines may be out of service. Since this is a resort-managed amenity, Grand Welcome is not responsible for maintenance or availability. • Lot parking available for 3 vehicles. • This home is NOT pet friendly. • No elevator available. • The Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The unit was a walk out basement so tended to be a bit dark and smelled stale inside even with window cracked to bring in fresh air.
