Piazza View is a brand new suite with views direct over the Saint Anne's Square development and the exclusive restaurants that lie below.
The Space:
This property has soft carpet throughout making it lovely to walk through in bare feet to pour your morning coffee. It is bright, modern and stylish with a unique view of the Square and the striking Saint Anne's Cathedral. The large master bedroom has a beautiful hotel standard feature king sized bed with linens to sink into after a lovely meal in Coppi or Zen restaurants located below. The master bedroom also has an en-suite with shower cubicle and complimentary shampoo/bodywash and fluffy towels. The twin room is spacious with wardrobe, dresser and reading light to spend a quiet moment reading a book. There is a large hotel style bathroom with mains shower over bath. The kitchen is well equipped to include all the items necessary crockery and cookware for cooking a meal. Oven/hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and all the essentials including a teapot, a cafetiere and champagne flutes! There is dining space with a table and chairs to eat in and enjoy the space. A perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine with friends whilst looking out the large feature windows onto the bustling square below. The living room is well suited for 4 adults to relax and enjoy the sports channel or use of smart tv for Netflix. There is a peaceful rooftop garden to enjoy some fresh air or perfect for those smokers. There are ashtrays in this area.

We meet and greet all of our guests on arrival. This apartment also has a unique advantage of its own car-parking space where we can meet you to give access on arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located within the Cathedral Quarter. The apartment entrance leads onto the Square. The square leads onto the cobbled Hill Street where the city centre is then all around you within minutes walk. The popular Mac Theatre is also located in the square and are known for their popular events but also for their breakfasts and lunch options in adjoining cafe.
Getting Around:
20 min walk from the sea terminal, 15 mins from the Central Station and approximately 10 minutes in a taxi from the George Best Belfast City Airport. The open top bus tours depart from the end of Hill street which is under 10 mins walk from the apartment. City Hall is a lovely 10 minute stroll.
Other Things to Note:
Please do let us know in advance if you require use of the parking space during your stay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and accessed via a main entrance doorway and lift. There is a garden area located also on the 2nd floor which has an area for smokers.

Incredible home, and service
Check in and check out was seamless. Damien was present at the property to hand us the keys and explained the lay of the land to us. Real efficient and great guy. Property itself was perfect for us with a two year old. Very safe set-up overall, and super clean! Especially important considering COVID :/ Location was amazing in the city with countless restaurants, shopping, and just an hour's drive to the Giant's causeway and Castle Ward (Winterfell, Game of Thrones).

Excellent experience!
We were very happy with our stay at Kim and Damien's place! The location couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment was spacious, bright and cozy at the same time. Amazing restaurants all within 5 to 10 min walk. Close to shopping and nightlife. The restaurants directly below were very convenient and on the very last morning we discovered the Cafe at the MAC! They have coffee for £1 in the mornings before 10am and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend booking this home for your stay in Belfast. We loved it!!

Great Property, Great Location
Management staff was incredible! We realized we needed an extra night in the apartment the night before checkout and management took care of us at 11:00 PM, saved a very important part of our vacation. Plenty of restaurant options and night life within walking distance. Apartment is located in the Cathedral Quarter which is near a lot of the historic locations in Belfast. City center was very accessible.
