Y el general el hotel muy bien y con buenas instalaciones. Recomiendo pillar la opción con desayuno ya que si lo compras una vez estás allí es más caro. Recomendable la piscina y el gimnasio. El personal de recepción habla inglés pero fuera de ahí recomendado usar algún traductor para comunicarse (gym y piscina). The manager asked whether can I top up xx per night to upgrade to a super vip king size room. I rejected because I will have difficulties explaining to my boss about the extra cost. During my stay, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room to me was a nice size considering I'm the only one in it. I love bed that was hard, and this is the only hotel that uses hard bed. I was told later when I checked out that the manager who served me during my checked in, did a free upgrade to the super vip King size room for me. Overall the staff were friendly, except for 1 or 2 who doesn't have a lot of smiles. I got a feeling they are just temp staff that the hotel hired. The nearest plaza will be Wanda plaza, which will take 20 mins by foot. The hotel rooms are very clean. I really enjoyed talking with the cleaning lady while she tidied up the room. Mom enjoyed the bath tab every night. The best time to use the swimming pool is in the afternoon at about 3, at lease use my own visit to avoid the crowd. The sauna opens at 9 am. Over all it was a wonderful stay here. Most of the staff at the Wanshang could not understand or speak English wjich made it difficult to even get an extra towel but we muddled through.
