"The rental started with being warmly greeted by Mary the property. She could not be more accommodating. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect spot and convenient to great pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Away from the noise of the boardwalk we found this to be the perfect spot. You could see into the house from the doors of the guest house but they put blinds on the guest house doors in case you wanted privacy. The iron was leaky and the plugs on the power strip that was left of the bed did not work. The location was great and we could walk to food/public transportation."

My kids got to enjoy it the first night and I could barely get them out! April was amazing. Easy to reach and so kind when the boys got a little too loud in the jacuzzi. We will definitely be back!"

"Owners communicated all the important information very well! The property was clean and ready early! She gave great recommendations of places to eat as well as places to go see! Loved the games they had, even though we brought some to play. Only “complaint” we would even have, which is NOT a complaint at all is it would be nice if there was more light in the living room. "Everything about our stay was perfect. The location. The rooms, the kitchen, the view! It was just a beautiful home. The bunk beds allowed for my 3 teens to share a room but not share a bed. The closeness to the beach allowed for easy access back and forth to the beach. Loved that it was so close to all the restaurants and shops. I would stay here again f we came back to san diego. "The condo was very clean and well kept. We stayed here last week, my family and two others. 4 children in total ages 1-4. It worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again.
