This home has an unobstructed spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and miles of sandy coast. Located steps away from San Diego's top Tourmaline surf break, bring your surf board. If a beautiful view and a private home is what you are looking for, this is it! A perfect beach house that is located between La Jolla and Mission Beach. A newly decorated home that is located near everything a beach community has to offer. Spectacular sunset vistas from Mission Beach to the south, north to La Jolla. The home has an attached two bedroom upstairs unit built towards the back of the home. The properties were built with vacation rentals in mind. Walking down a flight of stairs to the beach was the best amenity.We were able to get to all of the major San Diego tourist destinations(Midway, the Zoo, SeaWorld, Old Town, Torrey Pines, Coronado Island) in less than 30 minutes, plus walk to Pacific and Mission Beach boardwalks.There are plenty of stores, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Loved the house, the view, access to the beach, bikes you can ride to La Jolla or Pacific beach. Perched above it all. The house location is perfect with wide open ocean view and beautiful ocean sounds. Our host, Mary Berry, met us at check-in with Kona coffee, a very helpful list of local eating establishments, and possible sights and things to do in San Diego. We even changed our departure flight from early morning to late in the day to spend more time at this fabulous house and in San Diego! We'll be back! ##### Dean I.
