Steps from Mission Beach and Mission Bay, enjoy water activities for the perfect family getaway. The Space: This wonderfully updated 2 bedroom 1 bath unit is located on bayside in Mission Beach just south of Santa Clara. Completely renovated with no expense spared you will not want for anything during your stay. Fully updated and stocked kitchen. The step in shower and updated bath are spotless! \*Living room - Roku TV for streaming services. Fold out queen sofa bed. Extra bedding provided. \*Kitchen - 12 drip coffee maker with coffee provided, fully stocked kitchen to prepare your own meals \*Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, closet and Roku TV \*Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, closet and Roku TV \*Bathroom - Shower only \* Mini split air conditioning and heating systems \*2nd floor entry \*Beach equiptment ( beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, kids sand toys ) \* Shared washer and dryer in common space Guest Access: The whole unit is yours. The patios are a shared common area but each unit has its own set of outdoor furniture. The Neighborhood: Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around "courts" with all of the residences facing one another across a sidewalk. That design creates a cozy and homey feel (and also limits the amount of car traffic) making Mission Beach the ideal spot to "live at the beach". Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away). Getting Around: Please note that there is no parking at this residence and street parking tends to be difficult find in peak season. You can always park in alleys (just look for breaks in the fire lanes or on Mission Blvd (Just check the street sweeping signs). If you head east on Santa Clara Pl towards the Mission Bay Aquatic Center, there is free daytime parking (not for overnight use). Next to Santa Clara is the Mission Beach Women's Club, which offers paid parking when they have it (look for the envelopes by the door. Finally, in a pinch you can drop stuff off and then park in Ventura Cove and grab a Bird scooter and jet back to the property. \*\*We've also partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart. Whether you need it for the day, the weekend, or the week, they've got you covered. With flexible pricing and local pickup & drop-off, you’re minutes away from riding around San Diego in style. Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement. Interaction with Guests: We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). The condo was in great vicinity to restaurants, the market, and walking to Belmont Park. We just took the stroller and opted out of getting a golf cart. The communication for the condo was great. Parking is tricky, as they mention. We did find nightly parkinc near the bay on select spots. ##### Shay S.
