Our property is owner-managed, with two local managers just 10 minutes away. We take pride in meticulously maintaining and cleaning after every reservation. Sofa has sofa cover which is washed after every reservation. Extra clean towels and beddings always available for longer stay.

Great for Large Groups – Ideal for wedding groups or multiple families gathering. The entire property accommodates up to 24 guests when all four units are booked.

Great location accommodation

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect and street parking wasn't too tedious to find - we never had to park more than 1 block away, and this was due to arriving back to the apartment later in the evening. Check in was a breeze and all of the necessary beach equipment was readily available (including a wagon to help tote your items!). Beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. Host was very easy to communicate with and when I did reach out with a question during the stay, she responded in under 5 minutes, which I can't say is always the case and I very much appreciated her attentiveness and responsiveness. I would recommend this listing to my friends and would stay here again.

Great property in a perfect location!!

Clean and cheerful property in a fabulous location!! Located on a quiet corner just steps from the beach and the heart of Ocean Beach. Fully stocked with lots of effort on the details of what you would need for a stay. Great communication from the property manager to make the checkin easy and the stay a fabulous one. Would come back!!

Great place close to the beach!

The location was perfect - really close to both Ocean Beach, Dog Beach, and Newport Avenue with all of the restaurants and shops. We walked to everything. The place was immaculately clean and newly remodeled. I could tell the owner tried to think of every detail to make it an awesome place to stay. The owner called me ahead of time to touch base and kept in touch throughout the entire vacation. The only suggestion I could make would be a washer and dryer, but I can see how space restraints could make that difficult. There is a laundromat close by.
