"A Perfect Place"
We had a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains in the background. The room was basically a one bedroom apartment, spacious and lovely. The location allows perfect access to Napa Valley.

"Great location! "
Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside was everything we needed. Rooms were nice, beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was perfect as it had a separate vanity area. The pool is small and shaded most of the afternoon. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The location couldn't get any better!!

Came here with my fiancé for our mini honeymoon. The staff was very kind and even greeted us with a bottle of champagne. No breakfast or gym which was disappointing, but still charming and cozy.

"Perfect location and nice rooms"
I stayed here on a Sunday during a heat wave in August 2015. The inn/restaurant/bar was very nice, but there is no AC in the rooms. There was a ceiling fan in the room right over my bed, which helped, but the constant downdraft of air dried my eyes and sinuses. The hallway and rest of the inn/restaurant had good AC, so you had to keep the door to your room open in order to take advantage of it. My room also had a big window which I was able to open, but not until late evening when the outside temperature dropped a few degrees. Sunday nite was pretty busy and the noise from the bar/restaurant floated upstairs. After the noise downstairs and the noise from late night guests returning and visiting in their rooms died down (about midnight) I was able to go to sleep. I'm a late nite person anyway, but if you're not, then better bring earplugs. The good news is that the room was very clean and so was the shared bathroom. There were no "traffic jams" in the bathroom either (2 stalls, 2 large showers, body wash, shampoo, enough towels provided). I stayed there by myself, but felt safe padding to and fro in my jammies/robe. Bed was comfortable. Had brunch on Saturday after I arrived and it was delicious. Breakfast provided the next morning was very decent: very nice granola, milk, pears, plums, scones, coffee, to name a few items. I would stay here again....but avoid going during a heat wave or very warm weather.

"Super relaxing"
After several days and a massage experience, this hotel feels like home. It's just hard to leave it!!!! Wonderful service overall from valets, front desk, restaurant, poolside services, and spa. Our massage therapist was simply fantastic. We originally booked only a massage for my wife, but I decided that morning to also have a massage - the spa director was super helpful and flexible, re-arranging things so that the therapist could do back to back sessions in our spa steam suite. We can't wait to come back next year...and stay longer!!

"Great Potential But Needs Some Fixing Up "
My husband and I stayed here during the week so we got a deal of around $207/night. The weekend rate was around $607/night. While we enjoyed our stay I feel this hotel is not quite up to even the $207/night rate. Ambiance is the number one draw here with beautiful grounds. But the main drawback is the pool areas. We stayed by the adult pool and it is in desperate need of repair. If it's supposed to be heated - fix the heater. The whole pool needs resurfacing and looks like it's been this way for awhile. The hot tub was usable but had a weird green tint to it - possible algae?? Most of the staff were fantastic but I felt the female concierge needs some training in customer service. Free breakfast was also a big plus but after 3 straight days of the same thing we opted for another place. Maybe a little variety on the breakfast. All in all we had a great stay and think this property has great potential if only they would spend a little of the profit they obviously make on fixing some of the problem areas.

"Beautiful entrance which just gets better !"
44th wedding Anniversary! The grounds are gorgeous! European style! We had planned on visiting several wineries but ended up spending our two night three day stay right in Yountville! The breakfast was beautiful and plentiful! It was nice to start our evening with their delicious wine tasting with complimentary cheeses, breads, fruit, meats, and figs! The pool area is wonderful! Gym room great! All was perfect!
