We arrived around 10 in the night for checkin and we were taken care after 20mins of arrival. We booked a view room which costed additional 80$ per night but it was nothing like mentioned in the website. Overall I was disappointed with my stay here at Meritage.

We loved that we had a balcony and enough space in our room and that it was pet friendly! We wish the dining service was better about estimating how long it would take for room service up front when we ordered- they estimated 40 minutes and it took 1 1/2 hours and our food was really cold. Better to be up front about the timeframe. The walls are thin so it was difficult to sleep with other rooms around us being active. We also had a difficult time getting our luggage back to the car with broken elevators and no assistance.
