Beautiful luxurious former condo of NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback
Absolutely Amazing Three bedroom and Two bath private gated beach condo with breathtaking views of Mission Beach Channel and Ocean Beach located at the southern-most tip of mission beach. This beautiful vacation home has the largest patio in all of Mission Beach that has convenient access to San Diego’s famous Mission Beach boardwalk that is a biker/runner/walker paradise. Only steps away are the longest flattest sandy beach in the State of California, this home is perfectly located with plenty beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach. Fun activities, such as volleyball, basketball, surfing, boogie boarding, are located directly outside the door on the beach. The Home is a great space for a max of 6 adults and 2 children. Any guest over 6 will be $200 per person fee. Please send a request if you have more than 6 adults or it will be denied. Thank you! There will never be any rentals less than 2 nights allowed.
The large open family style kitchen connects to the family room that also has views of breathtaking sunsets. The spacious family room entails wrap around sliding glass doors to fully appreciate the ocean breeze. Amazing indoor/outdoor living with a beautiful private patio that can accommodate large parties. The master bedroom is gorgeous with a walkout balcony to view the beautiful sunsets and a large 2 person soaking bathtub to relax and enjoy spectacular ocean views as well. This condo is really the most comfortable spot to spend your beach vacation. Parking is sometimes an issue at the beach but not here! Two private gated parking spots with plenty of public on-street parking are readily available.
You can’t miss Belmont Amusement Park, located in the heart of Mission Beach. Besides the iconic roller coaster, there are many other rides and games perfect for a day of fun. You can also find various different restaurants and bars for everyone to enjoy.
You can easily rent fun ways of getting around like bikes and scooters. Or if you’re into getting into the water, you’re in luck! You can take the family for a whale watching tour, deep sea fishing trip or some sailing. Not only do you have access to the beach, but the beautiful Mission Bay also only steps to the east. The little ones can play safely in the calm bay waters. Whether you’re at the bay or beach you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, and many other items for a fun day out in the sun.
If you’re interested in exploring San Diego a little more in depth, you can check out San Diego’s downtown where the Gaslamp quarter which thrives tons of nightlife. Exciting baseball games played at San Diego’s Padres Petco Park is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. There is some of the most amazing Mexican food, entertainment, and shopping located in Old Town San Diego. Fashion Valley Mall is right down the road for a shopping trip to go beyond all of your wild shopping imaginations as it includes over 100 of the top fashion stores. You can check out Sea Port Village for a fun lunch and take a tour of the USS Midway ship all situated 15-20 min away from the condo. We are lucky to be almost next door to Sea World and it’s a must see with its new rides and its location is within 2 min of the home.

Très grand condo, tranquille, tout l’équipement nécessaire était disponible ainsi que des accessoires de plage. Vraiment bien situé près de la plage et à quelques minutes plusieurs activités comme Sea World, le zoo de San Diego.

The pictures make it seem like you are staying at one of the front properties when in fact, your staying on the side of the building. Location was perfect, the host was available with just one phone call away. The beach toys we had access to was everything we needed. The few things we did not like is the couch in the living room. It was broken and when you sat down on it, you're sitting on the wooden part of the couch. It looked old. However, if we were sitting at the house, we usually were outside on the deck or balcony so it wasn't too big of a deal. For the upgrades they had throughout the house, I would think a fresh coat of paint would help it pop more. The walls has what looked like dirt marks but it is a textured wall. Lastly, we thought it would be much bigger than the pictures make it seem. It was perfect for our family of 4 but we like extra space.Location was perfect...you could sit outside and watch the pelicans dive into the water, you could watch the volleyball players play with the sunrise. Everyone was running/walking and the boardwalk was great. We walked down it a couple times at night to Belmont Park and other activities they had going on. You do hear airplanes throughout the day about every 5 minutes from about 6am to midnight but it wasn't an issue.This is the vacation my family needed. It was close to everywhere we needed and went to. We would definitely stay here again. Besides the minimal things mentioned, what was a truly great place to stay

Clean, spacious and pleasantly updated condominium with a spectacular view of the ocean and Mission Bay channel. One or two general maintenance items need addressing soon but they didn't impact the enjoyment of the stay. The unit was stocked with goods which was appreciated. We would enjoy staying in the unit again in the future for sure!

#### We’ll Be Back!
Very well managed. Host communication excellent. Clean and well stocked. Building secure and community safe and relatively quiet. Great view of Bay from LR and MBR balconies with lovely sunset. Easy walk to both both ocean and bayside beach.Plenty of beach amenities and convenient to beach volleyball.

#### A wonderful spot
The location was ideal; close to many things with great walking paths but not in the congested part of the beaches, and you could easily access the bay side as well as the ocean side. If you love volleyball, there were lots of courts close by. We had two cars, so the spot provided under the complex was great and we had no trouble finding parking on the street for the second car. The kitchen was large and well stocked, the decks and windows were just as pictured. There was also a nice shed with beach toys to use (added surprise). The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It did appear that some remodeling was being done (blue tape and a half-painted wall) but that didn't affect us and our fun together. Owner was also easy to reach. I recommend this spot!

The location was top, and the neighborhood was charming. We were amazed by how quiet it was. The view of the water was entertaining and idyllic. Would recommend this to anyone.

The first thing you see is fresh construction. There was raw sheetrock (unstippulded and unpainted). Looks like the owner enclosed the work station for more locked storage. Blue masking tape held the mirror in place (on the master bedroom closet). Had to get out of the car to enter the key code to open the gate to park. Not what I expected from the description of the property or the price

#### Quick stop in San Diego
This condo was great. Perfect location right on the beach and very roomy. While it might look a little “worn” at first glance (it IS a beach house after all) and there was a little unfinished construction in the unit (looks like an almost-done owner’s closet), we really liked the space. Be sure to check out a sunset. Stunning!

We had a wonderful time. The host was great keeping in touch with anything we needed help with. The condo was immaculate. Heads up ..... the jacuzzi doesn't work and should be acknowledged in the booking. It was my only disappointment.

Great location. Great to have a private parking place in this neighborhood. Grill WORKED and was clean. Nice views from the balcony. Mattresses were good. Nice host. Overall very good.

#### Amazing Weekend
My work friends and I were looking for a beachside property to celebrate a birthday and enjoy ourselves before meetings the next week. This was an outstanding property to do this. We are from all over the country and appreciated the location. The property was as described and very clean. It offered easy access to the beach and boardwalk and was within a mile of numerous venues. The host was very responsive to questions and they supply an excellent binder with all information required. We would definitely choose this property again.

#### Great place for a family vacation
Overall the property worked out great for our family. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. I liked that the kitchen, dining and living room were all open to each other and had lots of great views of the water with all of the glass sliding doors. It was really nice to have the large patio with seating, dining table and BBQ, as well as the balcony off of the family room. Not sure if it is a regular thing, but one night we got to see a bicycle parade go by right from the living room. It was fun to see the bikes all lit up. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great and being at the south end not as busy, but a quick walk up to where there was more action if you wanted that. Bradley was quick to respond to messages. We appreciate his attention to the accommodations and wanting to make everyones stay great.

#### Amazing Condo
Condo was just what we needed. Located near the end of south Mission beach. Plenty of space for a family and wonderful views from the master bedroom and the family room. The real treat was the host Bradley. I didn’t get to meet him but he responded to any questions and issues immediately and even gave some awesome recommendations on where to eat. You can tell he cares. Only regret is I wish I rented the place longer. I will be back!
