Exquisite home, located centrally located in Centurion Place. Perfect place to travel with your friends and family retreat - disconnect and recharge. Sprawling backyard on almost 3/4 acres. 3 bedrooms for full use. Pool house with a kitchen and weight room. Master bathroom has full jetted tub. The kitchen is an entertainer's delight with double oven and 5 burner gas stove. Home has full amenities. Close to LSU and Southern, yet far enough to feel like a country escape. Wireless internet, Sunday Ticket for 2023-2024 season. YouTube TV set up for all of our guests. Karaoke, Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Poker table set up & much more!

60th Birthday
This house is perfect. I turned 60 this weekend and stayed from Thursday to Sunday. I didn't want to be anywhere else, but I had an itinerary to follow. I hosted 30 family and friends that Saturday outside. The pool house, pool, grills, patio furniture and the television outside under a covered area made it PERFECT. It's a little pricey, but worth every penny. Try it, you won't regret it.

Baseball tournament trip
House was perfect for our large family trip for my son and nephew’s baseball tournaments. It’s was mid July so the pool was a lifesaver. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in town.
