Located only 1 Block from Main St (1/4 mile past the Beverage Barn on left), you are in the ideal location for a great trip to Bandera!! This beautiful RIVERFRONT and spacious 2021 Keystone/Residence (401LOFT/40 Ft) RV is nestled under large Oak trees with views of the River and is perfect for couples, solo travelers or a family looking to relax! Inside, you'll find a spacious Kitchen/Living area with a cozy Fireplace and large Flatscreen TV (Streaming only/No Cable) making it the perfect place to relax after a long day by the River! The open Kitchen boasts all stainless-steel appliances with ample counter space and a large Pantry. It is fully stocked with everything needed for a home cooked meal and features a full-size Refrigerator, Gas stove, Microwave, Toaster, utensils/cookware, etc. Keurig Coffee Maker available with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Our boys (8 and 10) came home this school year asking us to go to camping. They wanted to get an RV and go camping. Of course, there was no way we could randomly go buy an RV. We dont know the first thing about RVs but we wanted to give our boys this experience since they wanted it so bad. I was happy to see this listing. It was perfect. It is the top tier luxury of RVs. It had a second floor loft that was perfect for them. The RV sat on a river bank...beautiful scenery...quiet and serene....there are people around but they didnt impede on our enjoyment. I didnt realize we were literal minutes away from the downtown area so if we wanted to be by civilization, people are just a minute away. The river was too low to fish but there were fish out there. The hammocks were a nice touch. This was such a beautiful experience. The RV was amazing and well maintained. Beautiful countertops, nice floorplan, everything was so well put together.
