Located 90 minutes from Melbourne, the residence is centrally located to all of Ballarat's major tourist attractions, vibrant food & wine scene and is surrounded by parks & nature walks. Llanfyllin House remains largely as it was when originally built and has been painstakingly furnished true to the era, providing guests an immersive, historic Ballarat experience - right down to the chickens in the backyard. Floors in kitchen, back door and lounge area require re-stumping.. sounds like elephants in the house… everything shakes and rattles when walking through! Chickens - these are neglected, no food provided, caged, no grass area, has not been washed out with at least 1 inch excrement in their house and on the concrete.. no pellets provided for feeding them, no notes etc..
