Property Summary  
Murage, Croatia offers a child-friendly resort, "Mon Perin," located 6 km from the center of Bale and 17 km from the center of Rovinj. Situated in a quiet, sunny position by the seaside and on the beach, this holiday rental boasts a range of amenities for a comfortable stay. The property features a swimming pool (400 m2, depth 45 - 135 cm, available seasonally from May 18 to September 21), a children's pool, tennis court, basketball court, boccia court, beach volleyball court, and a children's playground. Additionally, it provides internet WiFi access, parking facilities, an EV charging station, and the option for an installment plan.  
  
Outdoors  
The resort offers a shared property with trees and a swimming pool (400 m2, depth 45 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 18.May. - 21.Sep.). Enjoy outdoor activities such as tennis, basketball, boccia, beach volleyball, and a children's playground, all maintained by the owner/gardener. The private property spans 150 m2 with a wildlife garden and a hot tub.  
  
Other Information  
Within the complex, you'll find a restaurant, bar, internet access, table football, shopping facilities, air conditioning, and a shared laundry service (extra fee). Bicycle rental is also available. The property offers parking on the premises and an e-charging station. Entertainment options are available within the camp.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The resort is conveniently located near various attractions. A pebble beach and rocky beach, both named "Mon Perin," are situated on the premises. Additionally, a riding stable is just 500 m away, while walking paths start from 100 m away, and a cycle lane is accessible within 150 m. The camp also features an additional paddling pool (90 m2, depth 60 cm, open from June 1 to October 3).

Unit Layout  
The villa you will be staying in has a total of 3 rooms spanning across an area of 67 square meters. The living/dining room is equipped with a sofa bed that measures 88 cm in width and 260 cm in length, along with a satellite TV. This room provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a French bed measuring 200 cm in width and 220 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and toilet. The second bedroom features two beds, each 100 cm wide and 220 cm long, and also has its own shower and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
Your accommodation is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Heating is available throughout the villa. Outside, you can enjoy two terraces spanning 20 square meters, as well as a covered terrace measuring 35 square meters. The terraces are furnished with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and four deck chairs. Additionally, you will have access to a washing machine, safe, iron, and hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet is provided for your convenience.

Please note that this property is suitable for families and is a non-smoking house. It is part of a complex, with the mobile homes situated within a distance of 70 to 150 meters from the sea and the beach. This luxurious Bay Villa with a private hot tub offers a beautiful and modern furnishing, making it an ideal choice for your vacation. The property boasts air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, satellite TV, a Jacuzzi bathtub, heating, a microwave, and a television with a maximum capacity of 5 guests. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for your stay.
