Spacious for families or groups with beautiful finishes throughout the home. Upon entry you will walk into the Kitchen which features a "hidden" mud room for coats, ski and boot storage. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a holiday meal. Kitchen features an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, Coffee Maker with Keurig, Nespresso, and Drip options, toaster, blender, crock pot and hand mixer. The kitchen has a large island with 4 bar stools. The kitchen opens to the living and dining area with a bar for entertaining. Dining features seating for 6\. Living room has large sectional, large screen tv, and wood burning fireplace. Down the hall is the large laundry room with a wash machine and dryer. Starter sets of laundry detergent are provided. The newly renovated hall bath features a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. Hairdryer, linens and toiletries provided. To the left you will find the bunk room with 4 twin beds. The closet offers additional blankets and pillows, tower fan and humidifier. To the right will be the Guest Suite with Flat Screen TV, King Bed and Ensuite Bath. The closet offers additional blankets and pillows, tower fan and humidifier. The brand new ensuite bath features, heated floors, single vanity, walk in shower with large rain head, hairdryer, linens and toiletries. Upstairs you will find the Master Suite, which features a King Bed, Large Screen TV, Desk, and Ensuite Bath. The brand new ensuite bath features, heated floors, single vanity, walk in shower with large rain head, hairdryer, linens and toiletries. Outside is a two burner, Iron skillet gas grill for your use. This condo has a shuttle stop just outside the complex located at the Comfort Inn. Skier Express Shuttle Service runs from Dec 17-March 27 every 15-30 mins, runs from 7:56am - 10:30 and from 2:30pm-6:00pm every 15 mins, from 10:30-2:30 every 30 mins. www.avon.org/bus Nottingham Park is located across the street with free concerts in the summer, beach volleyball, playgrounds, and a beach on the lake. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was way better than staying in a hotel. Our only downside was no AC, but I guess that is standard for Colorado. That is probably not an issue most of the time in this area but it got over 85 degrees in the house every day we were there. And the lake that is pictured is a walk a couple of blocks away. The condo was very nice and had all of the amenities we needed. It was very comfy and spacious, and was walking distance to the gondola to get to Beaver Creek and restaurants and bars. Séjour de 4 nuits en septembre 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Amanda G. 5 avr. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Almost perfect, could be a 5/5 We wanted to stay in Avon, this is an accessible area to ski Beaver Creek and Vail and also on nice driving days went to Breckenridge and Glenwood Springs. So obviously we were out an about so not at the property a ton over the 6 nights. My only complaint, and it is kind of major, is that there was NOT enough hot water for 5 people to shower. Period. No I don't need excuses from the property management company that you can drain the hot water tank in a 15 minute shower. That is an issue. Maybe the new shower heads are not good for this property. Well how, pray tell, will 8 people shower here???????? We were even having two people shower at night spaced out. Oh and one bathroom shower out of the three we could not get any hot water out of for days and they said by phone yes there is a part waiting to come in. Well we weren't warned of that and my son's friend took a cold shower after skiing and didn't tell me! He mentioned it when were wondering what happened our first full day when the second shower that morning went cold in 2 minutes. It was a real stressor-it is a basic absolute necessity when we are just staying there to sleep and shower on repeat to have enough hot water. iTrip sent someone and we came back to the place with a note that said hot water was verified at all locations. Sadly the problem persistent our whole stay and I didn't bother with them again. Place is very cute, nicely updated, near conveniences like Walgreens. Ate dinner at Northside Kitchen and bought a to-go bake and take meal there for another night which is a real value. The ski closet is clutch so you can hide your stuff out the way but also have warm boots to put on. The stand up fans were a needed addition to each room as it was warm a couple nights. Could be perfect with the hot water resolved. ##### Amanda G.
