The house décor is French provincial , featuring two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a super King that can be split into two singles if required, each with it’s own personal ensuite. Your living area is a sunny open plan living room, with kitchen and a private, sunny indoor out-door deck area taking advantage of the ever changing stunning sea views of boats, Waiheke and other islands. The nightly price is for 1 or 2 people (& continental breakfast for a few days). Then an extra $50 per person (up to max of 4 people for the house). If you need more space or beds, there’s also an optional SEPARATE LARGE RUMPUS ROOM with a flat screen TV, two inbuilt single beds and a lounge suite and dining suite available for additional people to stay or a private space for those teenagers.Just an extra flat rate of $80 per night. Max people permitted is 6 for the whole property. You’ll have your own a private entrance and a dedicated off street car parking. This house is located with total privacy on the same property as the family home. This house is immaculately presented, very clean, with attention to detail and all the luxury’s and comforts of home including free Wifi. Very accommodating for infants and babies. WE DO CHARGE A ONE OFF $50 FEE (payable on arrival), porta cot, or bassinet, high chair, potty, bed wetting aids, and a bath, supplied with beautiful clean linen and even a baby bouncer, changing mat and a fold up stroller. We have toys, DVD’s, books and games for all ages of children. The beds have a luxury feel with high quality linen and furnishings. Bathrobes, extra pillows, blankets & towels supplied. The house is equipped all cooking facilities. If you don’t wish to cook there’s a large variety of local takeaways and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away, or you will find a list and menus in your apartment. There is a large Countdown supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away at the new Pohutukawa Shopping centre, There’s great coffee places, Sushi, two new restaurants/bars, medical centre, chemist, gym, nail clinic, Barber & Liquor store. All their menu’s are in a house folder for you to view. A 5 minute car drive or a 20 minute walk and you we be at the beautiful Pine Harbour Marina where 22 ferries a day commute to downtown Auckland city in 35 minutes during weekdays, often spotting dolphins on the way. Pine Harbour hosts Friday night fresh markets with a French influence and great local Café’s and restaurants A few minutes drive, is the amazing Maraetai Beach, with white sandy beaches. A very popular swimming destination in the summer months, with warm water. There’s café’s and stunning easy coastal walks, up close and personal with nature and the sea at it’s best. You are only a 20 minute drive from Botany Town Centre and about 35 minutes away from Auckland International & Domestic Airport The perfect self-contained accommodation, with the bonus of a fantastic view. Eigentlich sogar besser.Da wir direkt vom Airport in die Unterkunft kamen, war es eine schöne Überraschung, dass der Kühlschrank gefüllt war (sogar ein Bier :-) und auch viele andere "Kleinigkeiten" waren vorhanden. Wir mussten uns daher nach dem langen Flug nicht gleich auf den Weg zum Supermarkt machen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Das haben wir in diesem Ausmaß auch noch nicht erlebt.Wir haben auch selten eine Unterkunft gehabt, die so sauber war, wie diese.Tania ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, immer für uns da, aber auch mit dem nötigen Abstand. Als unser 3-jähriger ein gesundheitliches Problem hatte, gab sie uns Unterstützung.Die Lage war für uns perfekt. 40 min vom Airport, in einer angenehmen Wohngegend, mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an verschiedenen Stränden. In das Zentrum von Auckland gelangt man unkompliziert. Wenige Autominuten bis zu einer Fähre, dort kostenlose Parkplätze, dann mit der Fähre in knapp 40 Minuten bis zum Hafen in Auckland. Man braucht dann keinen Parkplatz in der City suchen und ist nicht auf andere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen.Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Falls wir jemals wieder nach Neuseeland kommen, wäre das wieder unsere erste Station.Tania ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin ##### Marco S. She greeted us upon arrival, showed us through the condo, and went out of her way to ensure our every need was met. The home has a commanding ocean view. It was nicely appointed and spacious for two couples. Both bedrooms had a 3-piece bath. The queen beds were very comfortable. There's a few steps up to the apartment but the view is worth it. The interior has all the luxury trimmings of five star retreat clean quiet super comfortable bed and each bedroom has it's own ensuite.
