Well equipped in all amenities (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms) and fantastic outdoor area with great sea view. A/C and heaters allow for easy control of inside temperature. Located in a quiet cul de sac away from traffic, but relatively central suburb of Lynfield is within easily accessible distance of most places in Auckland.
