Welcome to our spacious and welcoming 4-bedroom partially renovated family house in the picturesque neighbourhood of Mellons Bay Howick, East Auckland. This charming double-story property is the perfect retreat for your family or group of up to 8 people, offering a delightful blend of comfort and convenience.  
  
With four bedrooms, there's ample room for everyone to unwind and sleep comfortably after a day of exploration. The spacious double-story layout ensures privacy and relaxation for all.  
  
There are strictly No Parties allowed - Fines will be issued.  
  
We understand the importance of family vacations. This property is not only kid-friendly but also pet-friendly, so your entire family can enjoy the experience. Wake up to breathtaking panoramic views of Auckland Harbour, setting the scene for a truly memorable stay.
