Very comfortable for the 2 of us who stayed overnight. Bed was full size and I believe the couch folds out. All the essentials were available and she left a couple of waters in the fridge. Host was on property and available for any issues. GPS was a little wonky as it does try to get you to the space behind the house, which leads you to the alley behind and can't access from there. Pay attention to the actual street to turn onto for arrival. Only thing I would suggest would be some sort of covering over the front. Host request to not wear shoes inside, there was a downpour and our shoes were flooded with no protection.
