Horrível não vá pois vai se arrepender.

Posted 31-Jan-2017
Pros: Nada

Absolutely dangerous, not to recommend at all

Posted 31-Jan-2017
Cons: Do no longer commission this hotel
The only thing functioning is the internet access, other than that the staff itself recommends that after 5pm its getting dangerous to go outside ...

Nice staff, awful location!

Posted 24-Jan-2017
Everybody from the staff was very helpful and nice! It is not true they have wifi service. The location of the hotel doesn't make you feel safe. Even though they hire people who watch the place during day and night, you can hear people fighting or arguing in the street. It looks like there is a shelter for homeless people a block away, so they seem to wander around. My kitchenet had a basket full of trash when we arrived and the microwave was really dirty and in a bad shape, and nobody cleaned anything while we were there. They should renew the place. Finally, you could hear people walking on the upper floor and noises from the rooms next to you.

Worst hotel experience of my life

Posted 23-Jan-2017
Pros: They refunded the money back though we had to stay one day
Cons: The staff should go to some other hotel and learn how to treat customers
Terrible experience! Cockroaches were all over the floor. Dirty hairs on bed. When asked to change they said worker is on off. Everything bad. Only one thing was good they refunded the money back. Don't ruin your trip by choosing this hotel

Hourly Motel, should never be on Expedia

Posted 23-Jan-2017
really scary neighborhood with huge groups of men hanging out on the street near entrance, ran full sprint with my roller bag. A large jar of free condoms at checkout counter. Doesn't Expedia screen places?

It started with a tenant who argued nonstop with the desk person who was very polite and professional. When we finally got to our room after that entertainment, we found a dead roach in the bathroom. The toilet ran nonstop. The shower floor was in pieces/layers and appeared very dirty. When we walked a block from the hotel to go eat downtown, we were accosted and followed by homeless people. I wasn't aware when I made the reservation that the hotel, that was right downtown, was next to a large homeless shelter. The majority of the people gave us no problem. I spoke to a local police officer that was in the area and he relayed that we shouldn't leave our room at the hotel after dark and that there has been police presence at the hotel on occasion for drug activity. The room was ok for the price. It appears they tried to do some updates. The mini fridge and microwave was nice, but the drawers were dirty on the outside and one was ascue. The chair at the table was filthy dirty and the carpet was in dire need of cleaning. The bed was comfortable. There was a security guard at the hotel at all times. They all were very polite and friendly.

hotel is close to downtown but don't get fooled

Posted 17-Jan-2017
Hotel is it not what you expect. Looks like a homeless shelter l. Everyone is just looking to see what your doing. Just spend the extra money and stay somewhere nice. This hotel doesn't even deserve to be called a 2.5 star hotel, its more like a one star. Don't stay there. We had to change hotels because we didn't feel safe

Horrifying experience

Posted 16-Jan-2017
This hotel is located next to homeless shelter, after staying in the room for 5 minutes and all the noise from a party happening outside we decided to leave (even though it was 2am both my husband and I had drove 5 hrs from Jacksonville and was extremely exhausted and had no where else to go) we left. I had never felt so scared and unsafe in my whole life, this was by far the most horrifying experience I've ever had. I would life a full refund please.

Hotel from hell

Posted 16-Jan-2017
Next door to homeless shelter, drug use, cockroaches, broken tv, felt unsafe, unclean, homeless people everywhere being ran off by young security guy at front gate, barbed wire around fence. This hotel should not be on Expedia! It doesn't deserve 1 star. Don't stay here.

This hotel / motel is as bad as it gets.

Let me set the stage for you...They offer free condoms in the lobby for those that need them. The dirtiest, filthiest, most run down motel I've stayed at in over 30 years. The price may be cheap....but even at their low price....This place is not the place to stay.
