The house was very cold. We had to sleep in our clothes. There was expired food (spices, coffee, etc) in the cabinets. The driveway is very narrow. No trash bags for us to clean or detergent to wash the towels we used. The location is close to everything.

Very nice rental in a great location
My daughter and I spent the week and were very comfortable. The location was perfect for work we had at America’s Mart. We ended up using scooters to get to and from the downtown area which was only minutes away. We also scootered around during the evening hours down highland street to freedom park and then the Atlanta belt-line trail which by accident we discovered an access point by just down the street from the rental. Restaurants, grocery, and everything else that we needed were only minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!

Maintain your property properly
The list of things broken or missing is lengthy from a gas stove that wouldn’t turn off, and door knobs so loose it was difficult to use, but the fact that there was old coffee in coffee pot, glasses with finger prints and jelly dried in globs on toaster and human hair in window sills and on bathroom wall, and moldy walls in only useable shower considering one bathroom had a missing shower door makes for flooded bathroom and no toilet paper that made this stay less than enjoyable. No hand or kitchen towels. Bedding not properly sized for each bed so sheets slid off of mattresses in the middle of the night. Driveway too narrow to park in and safely get out of vehicle meant street parking on busy road. Owner knew my elderly parents would be staying with and gave no warning at all about steep stairs with no safety measures Like handrails or skid proof steps (painted-when wet was slippery)! The cork jar was a neat idea, but provided a warning considering more than half the corks read “fix the house” and “never again” and the like. I agree. Fix the house and refund the housekeeping fee to the visitor before us!!! It seems clear whoever manages this house rarely stays in this property.

Outstanding Location
One of the nicest VBRO that I have enjoyed. Owner is great with communication. Property is in a great location and easy to get to. Check in process was easy and I loved not having to have a key to get into the house. The house is a comfortable size and furnished well. There is ample parking in the drive way along side the home, however it is a narrow drive and if you have a large SUV can be uncomfortable to pull in and back out.
