The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one. – We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any need, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys. – At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation. House rules and schedules. – Check-in: from 4:00 pm. – Check-out: until 10:00 a.m. – Parties and events are not allowed. – No pets allowed. Note 1\. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Ilaria M. 28 août 2024 Points faibles : Propreté #### esperienza totalmente orribile abbiamo soggiornato presso questa villa per due settimane, è stata la vacanza peggiore della nostra vita, la casa era sporca e totalmente infestata da: scarafaggi, ragni, formiche, api e nel box era (totalmente accessibile dall’abitazione, in quanto non era presente alcuna porta funzionante che separasse il box dalla casa) pieno di lumache appese al soffitto e di scarafaggi, in cucina non c’era nulla che funzionasse dai fornelli ai cassetti che se li aprivi ti cadevano addosso. abbiamo passato l’intera vacanza a discutere con l’agenzia che affitta la casa prima per gli scarafaggi, poi per le api e per tutto ciò che non andava, dopo molteplici lamentele si sono recati in casa unicamente per mettere due trappole per gli scarafaggi, tralasciando le nostre continue richieste di avere una disinfestazione. è impossibile soggiornare in una casa in cui ogni giorno (dalla mattina alla sera) ti trovi gli scarafaggi in casa. inoltre, il cancello che conduce al box e la serranda del box erano rotti e quindi la casa non era sicura perché poteva accedere chiunque. quando si sono rotti i fornelli ci siamo trovati a cenare e pranzare fuori fino a che non sono stati sostituiti e l’agenzia non si è nemmeno preoccupata di rimborsare le spese sostenute. le pentole che forniscono inoltre non sono andate per l’induzione, cuociono male ##### Ilaria M.
