Cet appartement de vacances a été entièrement rénové en 2018, situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, comprend un séjour avec un canapé convertible 2 places de type BZ et télévision écran plat, un coin cuisine équipé, une salle de douche avec WC. Animaux non admis.  
Parking dans la résidence voisine.
