Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

The booked room was not available and a substitute room was supplied. Should have asked for a refund The bathroom and shower was mouldy, Cockroaches ran across the floor when the door opened Hot water to the shower took 9 minutes to appear on two separate occasions. The curtains covered brick walls. A great experience to teach someone what slum lords get away with Have pictures to prove it all
