Royal Adelaide and Grange Golf Courses are a mere 6 minute drive away, and Leeson Reserve is a 15 minute walk with free tennis courts and BBQ View One Three has been styled for your pleasure with modern and easy furnishings, ample storage space throughout.  Complimentary fresh bed linen is provided, with fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and a pod espresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods and tea station to welcome your arrival The backyard has an organic, seasonal fruit, herb and vegetable garden for your consumption! The secure garage can double as an undercover entertaining area, and has a retractable clothes line and raised shelving for storage Check in is from 2pm to 10pm and check out is up to 10am Thank you for choosing View One Three, we look forward to welcoming you to our home Upon booking a $400 security bond is required by credit card. This is retained until you check out, and will be redeemed should any damages, breakages, theft, smoking or illicit drug use, flooding, excessive cleaning or any of the extra charges listed below occur during your stay.
