"Great stay. Parking was full at time of visit."

"We love the bedding and it’s so comfortable! However the front desk staff requires more training if they are new and can’t even handle the credit card deposit from the computer! My credit gone through the machine twice for the deposit but the staff kept saying it’s not. Thanks to another senior staff checked and said “ yes it’s gone through twice “. It actually stressed me out!!"

"The hotel was right in the middle of the city. It was very close to the parliament building which was our main purpose of the stay. Easy check in and out. Well kept property. The only downside is it didn’t have a microwave for heating snacks for the kids. "

"This property is very consistent, great staff and manager Megan is the best. Location is perfect, but rooms are a bit dated. Great restaurant downstairs. "

"I had a pleasant stay at Brookstreet, but I feel there's room for improvement with the in-room entertainment. Upgrading the TVs to allow guests to access their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts would greatly enhance the experience, This addition would definitely make future stays more enjoyable."

"Hit and miss on Service either Front desk or housekeeping, but very professional when dealing with missing to do housekeeping or mischarge for the parking."

"Loved this property, waterfall is the show stopper for sure but so many other amazing little details all around the property. Hot tub as night facing the back light falls with the crackling of the camp fire going was beyond wonderful, also sleeping with the window cracked open to hear the waterfall all night, slept so sound. Chris the grounds man was amazing, lit the fire for us, checked on us and even brought out blankets. We will definitely be back."

"Never stayed at a hotel without traditional "check in" but the arrival package provided prior was perfect and easy enough to follow. The suite was well appointed and had everything we needed and a few extras! Gym was clean and good range of equipment. Pool and Hot Tub are seasonal so be warned if that's what you want. Great stay overall and will come again. "
