"Was my fourth stay at Sheraton while visiting Disneyland. I have stayed at other hotels including sister location but just enjoy the vibe at the Sheraton. They met my requests of full balcony and pool side. Nothing better after a long day than relaxing on the balcony with a beverage. And the pool area is as close to a resort while being walking distance to Disneyland. The beds were great and room as comfortable. It’s really hard to stay anywhere else"

"Decent place. Generally nice and updated. How does the front desk NOT have change at 8 am on a weekday morning so I could leave a cash tip for housecleaning? Really...no cash reserves for the few of us who are dinosaurs and pay tips in cash? Seriously...this is not the way to run a mid-range full service hotel....."We have to wait for the accounting team to arrive and open the safe" ....this is NOT service."
