The rooms were very clean and recently remodeled. It was great to have free parking in front of our room and ice machine access. The location was great with a lot of nearby restaurants. It was a good mid point to get to beaches and Disney. I would stay there again.

The staff was great and the room was spacious and very clean. I loved my stay here . Will def do again when I’m back in Newport. Had a lot of stuff nearby for foods & grocery stores.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at and it smelled so clean and fresh not musty. The pictures of the room were exactly what I got. I am very happy I chose to stay here.

They just need to fix the common areas. This was the most challenging part of the whole thing. It looks like an abandoned mobile home park upon entry. Once inside, the rooms are nice and clean and thank god as my brother needed to chill after his trip he literally just got back from in Costa Rica, staying is Costa Mesa lol.
