I wish they would have told us that there’s a 50/50 shot that your room would be really warm or really cold before booking. Our room was extremely warm and the fans they provided did nothing. We also went to eat at the Cafe and they took forever to wait on us and by the time they got to us they were out of half the things on the menu. Overall disappointing considering what we paid for the room

There was no entertainment other than tours. Thoight it qould have music or other things. Very limited on snacks . Ice machine closeest to room A181 was broken had to walk all the way to around 135. Room was nice bedding was great.

The room was very comfortable and beautiful. The front desk check in was very professional and informative. I loved the observation bar provided hours of fun and entertainment. I hated leaving the Queen Mary property.

We stayed prior to departure to our cruise. Room was super neat and clean, however we weren’t able to check in until later. They did hold our luggage. The museum and historical information was super!

Huge improvement and the City is doing a great job getting the Queen Mary back to being a wonderful attraction. I was impressed by the food, service and how clean everything is.

If you are looking for a modern, state of the art hotel room, The Queen Mary is not it. But the history onboard is incomparable and the lodging comfortable. We felt like we were underway, enjoying the 1st Class accommodations and elegance that only the Queen could provide.

I was charged a $200 fee for what they called an incident fee. A charge that would be “canceled”. They promised it would be reversed to my card but it never did l. I’d stay away from this hotel as they don’t clearly care about being considered fraudulent and scammy. Will never be back.

Loved the room my daughter and I stayed in. Two twin beds. It was a fun experience sleeping on a boat. Walked all over the ship and had a great meal there too. Did the haunted tour (wished it was longer, but it was still great)!

Great experience. Room was really nice and comfortable. History is priceless. Had to park pretty far away in lot for staying at hotel. Parking is convenient but does cost extra. Need to be provided better instructions what areas are free to see.
