The location of this hotel is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities for a family to stay a few days. The woman at the front desk was bubbly and helpful when I first checked in. Unfortunately, I found a large roach crawling in the personal coffee maker as I was getting ready to start my second day at Disneyland. Camelot staff quickly helped me change rooms -- but I couldn't feel at ease on the property again. There were a few other hiccups, but none worth mentioning. I really wanted to like it here, but couldn't for obvious reasons. Plus, whenever I asked for situations to be rectified I was made to feel like I was creating some huge imposition.

We were pleasantly surprised at the lovely room and excellent service at this hotel. Being walking distance to Disneyland was another great perk!! We had a great view of the fireworks from our room’s balcony. Both the valet and the front desk clerk were super helpful and more than happy to assist with whatever we needed.

Everything was great. My only issue is it doesn’t feel that safe. Pretty much anyone could walk up the stairs and get to your room. Some of the other hotels in the area have indoor halls and require cards to access the property. They should install gates at the bottom of the stairs that require a room key to open the gate.

The convenience of the property is unbeatable. However, the hotel service (particularly the housekeeping) left a lot to be desired. We understand limited housekeeping. In our 5 nights we had been serviced two times. Both times, the staff left things in messier conditions than before - personal items from the beds left on tbe floor, or shower supplies left inside the tub. One occasion, we bad asked for towels to be brought as they failed to cha ge our towels one day, even though it was suppsed to be regularly done. Not only did the full housekeeping take all the dirty towels and mot replace them, but we had asked the front desk in advance several times not to forget and they did anyway. Waiting for towels was not how we wanted to end a long day at Disneyland. I suppose it was fitting that upon checkout, the front desk staff failed to ask how our stay was. Hence, me writing this here. We get that this is a simple 3* property, but even then the service should be competent. We were disappointed even with our lowered expectatio s.

I was charged TWICE along with the deposit. I keep trying to call the front desk but the line is ALWAYS busy. The rooms are decent, but area is a little sketchy. It was convenient for the freeway to be near.

Mostly great. Nice for families and large groups, with easy meetup spots. Decent pool and jacuzzi. Comfy bed. Across the street from Disney. Walking distance to the park. McDonalds and Panera Bread right next door and a convenience store right down the street. Valet parking for all is nice. My only complaint about the room is that there were no lamps,only bright overhead lights and no table to set stuff on by the armchair. I like to read, before I go to sleep. When traveling with others in the room, and they want to sleep/watch TV it would be nice to have a reading lamp by the bed, so it would not be too bright for the others but also so one can turn it off without getting out of bed....instead people have to either bot read or uae bright overhead lights and then when they're ready to go to sleep they have to walk across the room to turn it off and stumble through the darkness to get back in bed.

Stayed at Camelot for a couple of nights with my husband 4 kids. We had the 2 bedroom suite. They care right across the street from Disneyland. Easy walk. The room was very clean. Check in was fast and easy. Valet parking fast and easy. The only thing to keep in mind that guest may not like but it didn’t bother us too much was since they are across the street from Disneyland and it is a Main Street, Lots of cars and buses which made it noisey at night. It’s a busy city so that’s expected. We also got in the pool on both days and it was clean and private my kids and I enjoyed it very much.
