Hotel was in a good location to all the adventures we went on...Disneyland, Huntington beach and Pirate show. Would differently stay again, thanks to the friendly staff for making checking in n out pleasant.

The establishment was clean and organized. Cleaning services were provided daily and staff made sure to make you feel welcomed. We went when they were ongoing renovations so we didn’t get to use the pool but nonetheless the property made me feel safe and welcomed.

For the price they charge you should not hear what the room next to you is talking about. Horrible insulation as we were kept up due to how loud it was with room next to us and they were just talking

We stayed for 1 night per my daughter's 13th birthday request. The staff was amazing, very courteous, friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with the exception of the pool, which, she loved, everything was closed due to construction. We had to leave the premises for breakfast and souvenir shopping. She still has a great time and didn't notice these slight inconveniences and asked for us to return so I guess our stay was a success.

Encountered a problem with some type of large rodents around exterior and in the hall on main floor possibly because of construction, also the beds in the 2 rooms we booked we awfully uncomfortable but the room renovations were decent. Staff was pleasant including the bellmen/shuttle driver. Overall I don’t see myself ever staying there again but wish them well with their hotel revamp.
