The staff was very nice. The room was accommodating and without bed bugs.. and thats about it. Blown light fixture bulbs, no face plate on the bathroom ceiling fixture, so just bulbs sticking out of the ceiling with one dead. The outlets were all pretty bad. (Loose) so the things plugged in fell out when you touched them. And the floor in the room was not clean. Turned our feet black. It would all be livable if not for./ My largest concern. Is that right below our room they run a HOMELESS supply stop right out of one of the hotel rooms. A lot of homeless foot traffic wandering and trying the door handles to the rooms. Our door was tried at least once per night. Because of this I probably wouldn't stay here again. The shabby room would be okay for the price. But with the ADDICTS and HOMELESS constantly cycling through, I cant justify the price we paid. =X Layout of the family suite was nice though. Pool wasn't bad.

Dee, the girl behind the counter who checked us in was wonderful. Eduardo(?) Maintenance was efficient and friendly, and housekeeping staff was very accomodating. Thank You!

It was dirty. Room smells of filth. Walls, and doors were dirty. There were stains on all walkways and even saw a roach. Very uncomfortable. The only nice thing I have to say is for the staff at front desk who was extremely kind and professional.

The lobby looks nice but our room did not. Our door to the room wouldn't open due to it sticking to the jam (safety issue). The handle seemed like it was going to fall off. The room itself looked decent at first glance. The trim was dirty as if nobody was cleaning it. I went to plug in the air conditioner and there was dust and dirt all on the wall below it. There were two electrical outlets with burn marks on them (huge safety issue)! Our refrugerator was a nice size but it was in the bathroom which i thought was very unsanitary. The bathroom door had gaps in it when it was closed so there wasn't much privacy. The exterior was clean and the pool was clean. The hot tub was slightly warmer than the pool.Breakfast had a lot of options.

There were roaches in the hotel. The hotel itself was still had the trash from previous guest. There was a$100 deposit when I got there that wasn't listed anywhere
