The hotel was good but it was on remodeling different area, it was many stuff of construction inside and the back parking lot of the building, the staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel really good, pretty close the Disney and many restaurants around.

Very clean hotel, close walk to Disneyland, newly updated rooms, housekeeping was wonderful, they randomly gave popsicles away at the pool and the staff was all very friendly. It was a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again!

The Fairfield is a great property to stay for proximity to Disneyland. It’s clean, with updated rooms and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. There isn’t much for extra amenities right now due to construction in the hotel but it was not a big issue as staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend the Fairfield.

When we went in August 2026, they were renovating the front entryway so at times it was loud while walking through the entryway. However, the room was quiet, The view was nice and we had a view of the fireworks. The pool was clean and well maintained. All the staff we interacted with were friendly.

The location was great for our Disney trip—very convenient and easy to get to Disneyland. The hotel was under renovation during our stay, so there was some construction around the property, but thankfully our room itself was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the bathroom needed a refill of conditioner and body wash. I requested it, and they brought a bottle that night when we got back from Disney. By then, we were already exhausted and didn’t have the energy to wait for it, but better late than never! Overall, we had a good stay, and the location was definitely a highlight for a Disneyland trip. Hopefully, once the renovations are finished, the overall experience will be even better.

I think it's just because they were renovating and that's why the whole place was covered or in the process of being torn apart. I'm sure it will be very nice once it's done because the rooms were nice. Key feature is that there was no carpet in the room. I loved that it was not carpet. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. It was right across from Disneyland and very walkable. We could even see the fireworks from outside our balcony. The staff were nice.

I travelled with my daughter for our first trip to Disneyland. The hotel is about a 7min walk to the entrance. Staff was great. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the noise was minimal with the renovations. We had a great time and will definitely come back again!

Room was clean and modern, however we weren’t notified that the property is undergoing significant renovations, common areas were loud and dirty, it was so loud that the front desk had to scream at us just to be heard during check in, our room was loud but they were kind enough to move us to the top floor away from the noise. They also shut off the water to our rooms for several hours without notice so we couldn’t shower or use the toilet. They let us check in early which was convenient and staff was friendly. This property is usually decent, but as long as there’s construction I’d reccomend staying somewhere else

Really appreciated the extended parking option for a fee. 10’ walk to Disneyland was a huge plus. Lots of food options nearby. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were helpful. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool. I really wish they would keep them open later especially when their clientele is Disney based and people don’t get back until later. Room was good and was clean. Door didn’t close all the way at the bottom.
