"Good communication and excellent service. It's an old English townhouse so not really accessible and I would suggest to travel light. The shower is a bit small. My only gripe was that I was super excited to see a record player in the room with "What's The Story Morning Glory" on vinyl only to find out the record player was broken. Sad times. 9.5/10 would stay again."

"Everything we needed for our visit into London. The room had everything we needed and was clean, however the shower cubicle was very small. Breakfast was cooked fresh and was lovely. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Ideal location for the tube and theatre."

They were able to book us into a sister property next door and move our luggage over for us in the middle of the day at no cost. If we were back in the area, we would stay here again. "

"The room was small but perfect for one person. It would have been nice to have at least a complimentary bottle of water. Also, there is no elevator on the property. This wasn't too much of an inconvenience for me since I only had 1 piece of luggage, but this could be a problem for those with a lot of large luggage and mobility challenges. The property is a short walk to the King's Cross-St. Pancras subway station. The hotel area is quiet but close to shopping area, food and cafes. I recommend...
