"Very easy and this is the best option for an overnight stay and an early morning flight. The shuttle service is really good, but it is a small minivan with only foir passenger seats. So if you are a family or have a lot of luggage, call and make arrangements with the front desk, but prepare to wait in line or be split up. Or take a taxi. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable and has a full service diningroom."

"We have enjoyed our stay and it was made very delightful by the friendly and caring staff of the hotel. We've been given a nice comfortable room with a balcony and a view of the river and the Parliament Hill. Super location, walking distance .. just crossing Alexander bridge to downtown key attractions. Special thanks to front office staff, namely Nizar at the breakfast restaurant and Mikaela at the reception. All are Very friendly and helpful. It will be our place in Ottawa every time we are...
