"Great room - some confusing / not awesome aspects"
The room was a great size, the bed was awesome and the facilities were definitely a treat, however there was a room on our floor undergoing what looked like extensive renovations ( the sealed-in-plastic door did cause a bit of concern... ). Also, the TV was far off to the side of the room in a bit of an inconvenient viewing place. Finally, navigating the phone system to retrieve a message that was left for me was rather infuriating - and it turned out it was only the staff asking if I needed anything refilled - so the telephone messaging retrieval could definitely be improved. Overall though, it was a very nice stay, with friendly staff and comfy room

"Nice hotel, close to everything, but so small."
It is a nice hotel. However, it is small, they do not have room service. Small refrigerator inside the room is empty. You cannot find even a water in your room. Vallet parking is a bit problematic. You need to wait for a long time to leave and then to get the car back from the front.

    "Easy access to city attractions"
This hotel was beautiful, clean and very modern. The staff was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful!. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning did not cool our room well even after we asked for it to be looked at. This is definitely a hotel to stay in if you ever visit this beautiful city.
