Great location, front desk staff attentive and polite, we had some issues with lack of towels (towels for two only, no washcloths and we were three on the reservation) and bedding but staff remedied situation. Parking was underground which was nice since many hotels in the area do not have parking. Parking fee was $26/day. Can easily walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions. One big con was that the hotel restaurant and pub were closed when we arrived in the afternoon so there was nowhere onsite to grab a bite but we crossed the street and grabbed lunch at Poutineville which was good and easy. If you’re coming from the States, lower your expectations a bit. It was nice but not what you’d typically get for that price back home. Overall, I’d stay here again for location and staff.
