"Came to Grand Palladium for a Wedding Site Visit. Property was incredible. Spa was amazing. Staff was super friendly, and helpful. The property is very large, and spread out. Getting Cart service was challenging. For anyone unable to walk up inclines take that into consideration. We will be returning in December for the wedding and very worried for our elderly guests getting to and from locations. Upon arrival we have several issues with getting checked into our room. "Dining options were good! Our room was clean and updated! We enjoyed the mini bar snacks and the glass bottles of water. Shuttle services inside the resort was good! Drinks at the bars were not amazing. Staff was mostly great! We saw a few inappropriate behaviors between some staff on a few different occasions. Check in was easy! "

"We loved this place as a family! The spa experience was incredible. The only thing disappointing was the noisy doors in the middle of the night. Some guests were very inconsiderate and just keeps shutting it off so loud. You can hear guests from the hallways. It’s a big building but looks like doors are thin enough that you can hear every single noise at night. "
