Dinning is good , view is beautiful, beach front entrances have lots of hidden under water rocks.( STRONGLY recommend water shoes ) They should clearly mark best ocean entrance spots to mark these underwater hazzards! Watched myself and many others fall and get bruised from rocks in sand . HINT: at the Palace, just right ( as look enter the water ) of the lifeguard stand between two large palm trees… one can reliably...

"Nicest room we’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Food was good, service good. Water park was amazing for my kids, age 9 and 6. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand. The seaweed problem wasn’t too bad while we were there in early April. I would recommend this place to families with young children. "

"Overall I would recommend the Hotel, it was good, clean, comfortable, nice views within the place and most of the staff was friendly. However the only reasons to reduce one star is that we booked for king size rooms and got rooms with two full sizes and they said king sizes were not available, also our first room was leaking from the AC and it took long time and multiple iteratons with the front desk staff until we finally got another room.. once that happened it was okay."

"My only problem with the resort was the SHUTTLE....THE SHUTTLE THE SHUTTLE takes forever sometimes. I have to walk around this 20 miles resort or much larger. Gosh other then that. It is georgous. "
