"The staff were amazing and so kind. Everything was smooth and easy to do. Pools were great and activities for kids were fun. Restaurants were ok. Kobo was the best! Beach is not swimmable but that didn't bother us much. We still did the kayaks and hobbie cat was fun!"

My only gripe is although there are many places to choose from to dine, the food itself isn't all that great in any of the places we ate at. Other than that, this place was amazing and would definitely visit again."

"Staff were very nice. Pools and property well maintained. Ventus and Ventus Ha side were pretty boring. Would benefit from activities and/or music very far walking and carts were often a pain to locate or staff would be irritated to give you a ride because they were short staffed to provide transport around the hotel. Butlers went out of their way to help you and provide a positive experience. Thanks to David, Enrique and Gonzalo. The food was mediocre. Aakat and the Mexican restaurant...
