"The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

"We have so much fun there we will keep on going back or booking with Iberostar always. I do want to mention we travel alot and this resort meet all my expectations wow!! Iberostar Paraíso maya honestly takes first place. The entertainment, food and plenty for kids to do. Wow Iberostar is number one!!!!! Coming from someone who travels a lot . I will only stay with Iberostar hotels. "

"The property is beautiful. It’s very large and spread out. There are 3 large sections. One section accommodates people with children under 18. Another is all casitas, adults only, larger rooms, each section of casitas with its own pool and swim up bar. The other section is adults only but all hotel rooms. A very large pool area is available. Restaurants throughout the properties. Only slight annoyance was maid service. One evening we came back, turn down had occurred, but all towels were taken...

"Everything was wonderful, and one of the reservation employees, Fernanda, was great! My only complaint is that our shower head didn’t stay up and we had to use one hand to hold it up. Beautiful location and great people."

"The service was exceptional! From checkin to bar service we were very impressed. We were given a promotion upon booking of $1000 resort credits - if you wanted to use them you had to spend money which overall was a scam to get you to book so be weary of these promotions. We had a few issues with our room and it was fixed immediately! The app they use is a bit sluggish but does get the job done. If you are a beach ocean person this is not the place to go.
