"The resort is gorgeous and the service was excellent. We stayed 5 nights and were a party of 5 adults with 3 rooms. We ended our 3 week vacation here after traveling through Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende, Guadalajara and Mascota. We had a very relaxing beautiful time. My only are of suggestion for improvement is upon check in we were not given a tour of the facilities and we were never informed that there were activities like meditation in the morning or exercise class. We were unaware of...
"Property is designed by an A architect. It's spacious; room design is thoughtful; staff is so, so helpful; staff responded to items that needed fixing (patio fan, safe cabinet door) in a timely manner. I'd recommend it to anyone. I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good.

"Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage.
2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. I enjoyed practicing my spanish with him.
We had drinks at the Hotel Mousai and was served by Victor. Victor was extremely friendly as well and was able to answer many of our questions about...

"It’s been our 7th visit. First time we felt that we’ve been somewhat economized on.Omagio restaurant turned into buffet for breakfast vs menu. For three nights we were torched with Mexican food while other choices were limited. Guys on beach always super helpful super service there. We’ll come again for sure just having a perspective of 6th past trips certain things discerned above were unexpected."
"This was a lovely small, adult only, all inclusive resort. It was modern and clean with 2 pools to choose from, 1 of which was a swim up bar! We ate all our meals at the resort and they offer 24hr food options which was very nice. The food other all very fresh and well made! There are a wide variety of drinks to choose from and a stocked fridge in the room. Everyone was friendly and we had no issues communicating with any of the staff. We will absolutely stay here again!"

"This property is older more of a timeshare. Some of the properties knew some of the properties is old. If you stay in the new tower, the rooms are nice, but it is very loud and noisy in the hallways, but they are beautiful views, but this property is probably the best of values. It’s very price affordable."
