"The resort is gorgeous and the service was excellent. We stayed 5 nights and were a party of 5 adults with 3 rooms. We ended our 3 week vacation here after traveling through Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende, Guadalajara and Mascota. We had a very relaxing beautiful time. My only are of suggestion for improvement is upon check in we were not given a tour of the facilities and we were never informed that there were activities like meditation in the morning or exercise class. "We loved our stay. Only disappointment was they are supposed to restock the mini bar every 24 hrs, ours was never restocked even after calling front desk. Also ordered room service on our last morning before checking out, and never received. Waited over an hour. "
