“Excellent Choice: Cheap & Convenient”

We had a spectacular view of the ocean and the town. The cleaning lady was so nice we left her a tip on our dressor and she did not take it thinking it was ours. It is what it is. Its a place to sleep. Some of the rooms we were told are being remodled. The bathroom was all marble. The malecon is in walking distance. The best beach is in this area. WE LOVED IT!! WILL GO BACK IN A HEART BEAT!

“Best value for the money on the beach in PVR”

I cant believe it has been 24 years since visiting PV and it was such a nice place to escape to for a week.Hotel is right on the beach and you feel safe being there.Lots of restaurants to walk to morning or evening.Walking out and swimming in the beach in 1 minute is awesome.Staff were all very polite,friendly and helpful.There english was better than my Spanish! Gracias to all..

“Emperador is awesome”

I have been to Puerto Vallarta 10 times now. I have stayed in 9 different hotels. The Emperador is my favorite out of all of them. I upgraded to a standard suite with ocean view and it was worth it. I have paid for ocean views many times befor and could barely see the ocean. At the Emperador not only could I see it I could hear it at night, my balcony looked directly at the ocean. The A/C was awesome it actually kept the room nice and cool. Room was very clean. Bed was a little hard but I have never had a very good bed in Vallarta even at the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Emperador is in a great part of town with awesome restaurants within 1 to 2 blocks. The beach is nice. This is where I am staying from now on.

“Great budget hotel”

The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a pool up the street which was private, clean and relaxing. It was a budget hotel, and everything was just as we had expected. We lucked out and got a room with a good-sized balcony overlooking the pier and beach, as well as having a great city view when looking the other way. There is a 24-hour store right across the street, which was very convenient. They even sell tequila there, but remember they stop selling alcohol at midnight! I would recommend this hotel, and we would stay there again.
