"The resort is gorgeous and the service was excellent. We stayed 5 nights and were a party of 5 adults with 3 rooms. We ended our 3 week vacation here after traveling through Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende, Guadalajara and Mascota. We had a very relaxing beautiful time. My only are of suggestion for improvement is upon check in we were not given a tour of the facilities and we were never informed that there were activities like meditation in the morning or exercise class. "The staff gives great customer service and everyone is very friendly & helpful. We arrived on a Friday, and unfortunately by Sunday afternoon we got sick from something we had eaten. Other guest who came to the wedding got sick too :( We never left the property, we had all the meals there. It’s very important to extreme safety measures when handling/having food seating outdoors for the guests. It will be greatly appreciated "
